Dr.
Patelski was born in Oklahoma while his father was
in the Army, but he grew up in Chicago. Dr. Patelski
received both his undergrad and dental degrees from
Loyola University.
Dr. Patelski received his Fellowship
in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1998 and
earned Mastership in
2005. The Academy of General Dentistry is an international
organization of 35,000 general dentists. Earning the
Fellowship Award means completing more than 500 hours
of continuing education courses within 10 years and
passing a rigorous fellowship examination. The Mastership
requires an additional 600 hours of continuous education.
The Academy is not a requirement, but a commitment to
continuing dental education and to giving patients the
best possible care. Dr. Patelski is also a member of
the American Equilibration Society, the American Dental
Association, the Chicago Dental Society and the Advanced
Dental Study Club.
Dr. Patelski is a member of the Downers Grove Sportmen's
Club. He enjoys fishing, flying, and other sports.
